UNIPULSE provides a lineup of force sensors with built-in amplifier and equipped with digital output.

RS-485 is used for the digital output, which is noise-resistant and transmits accurate information to superordinate.

 

This time, we will show you the way to connect the UNIPULSE sensors directly to Mitsubishi Electric's PLC "MELSEC iQ-F Series" and make a measurement effortlessly.

 

 

 

Just connect a sensor to PLC!

 

 

FB (Function Block) and the sample ladders are already created!

Just by connecting Mitsubishi Electric's "MELSEC iQ-F Series" and UNIPULSE sensor with RS-485, measured values can be acquired from the sensor effortlessly.

 

Connect the monitor Mitsubishi Electric "GOT2000" to the PLC, and it is possible to display measurement and judgement screen, graph and logging data and to perform settings on a sensor.
