Unipulse Corporation
真空・高温・低温対応のロードセル ラインアップ

UNIPULSE provides an extensive lineup of load cells, allowing you to choose the ideal solution for a wide variety of equipment.

What we introduce this time is the load cells that can be used at "Vacuum"," High Temperature (+100°C)" or "Low Temperature(-20°C)" environment. Besides, we also offer a model that does not generate siloxane of silicone resins, which is an essential requirement for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Many of our siloxane-free load cells are used at the field where severe environments are required such as high accuracy weight measurement at a semiconductor fabrication

process, the material strength test in a vacuum chamber, the development site of the space apparatus, etc.

[High & Low Temperature] Double-end male thread type load cell "UIS"

The capacities of 1kN, 2kN and 5kN are available.

With hardly any interference of torsions and less impact on accuracy against lateral loads, UIS is an easy-to-install double-end male thread type load cell.

As it is hardly affected by lateral load, UIS is ideal for the following applications:

  • Load measurement for a robot hand part
UIS eliminates the impact of moment due to an inclination of the hand part.
  • Load measurement for a rotor press-fitting load of a motor
UIS eliminates the impact of a magnetic force

Due to its high load capacity, UIS can be utilized for the following applications too by making it compatible with high & low temperature:

  • Durability test of metal parts under high & low temperature environment
  • Press load measurement of resin molding machine

[High & Low Temperature] Miniature tension/compression type load cell "USM"

The capacities of 5N, 10N, 20N and 50N are available.

Resistant to overloading due to the safe overload of 500%, USM is ideal for measurements of tension force measurement, a mating check of connectors, a durability test of resin materials and such.

[High & Low Temperature + Vacuum] High precision miniature tension/compression type load cell "URM"

The capacities of 50N, 100N, 200N and 500N are available.

Despite of its compact and space-saving main body, URM is capable of high precision measurements.

As it is possible to measure in both tension and compression directions, URM is recommended for the following applications:

  • Tension measurement of a winder
  • Pressing force measurement at connector crimping

[High & Low Temperature + Vacuum] Compact & low profile type load cell "UNCSR"

The capacities of 5N, 10N, 20N and 50N are available.

With a diameter of 12mm and a height of 4mm, UNCSR is able to measure loads in narrow spaces. A model with the base plate which makes installments easy is also available.

Low profile and small diameter, UNCSR is ideal for the press-fitting load measurement of a small press machine.

[High & Low Temperature] Compact & large capacity compression type load cell "USH"

The capacities of 10KN and 20kN are available.

USH is compact load cell, but can measure large capacity. It can be mounted even in narrow space. Also recommended for the replacements from existing sensors which are used in press machine etc.

[High & Low Temperature + Vacuum] Compact & large capacity compression type load cell "UCC(HL)"

UCC(HL) is a compact yet large capacity load cell which is capable of measuring up to 20 kN with a diameter of 21mm and a height of 10 mm. It can be used in a wide range of temperature environment from - 40 to + 150 °C.

[Vacuum] High stiffness & high response load cell "SCB"

SCB is a "hardly breakable" load cell with the innovative concept featuring 500% safe overload and a flexible cable (FA cable).

As the max. natural frequency is 40kHz, and less deformation under load, it is ideal for the measurements of motive power at machining or grinding of machine tools, as well as the impact tests.
