Manual	PDF	Operation manuals in PDF format can be downloaded. Acrobat Reader software from Adobe Systems is required to view these files.
Dimensions	DXF PDF	External dimensions in DXF and PDF formats can be downloaded. *The listed external dimensions in DXF format are compressed in LZH format. Decompress them before use. *Acrobat Reader software from Adobe Systems is required to view files in PDF format. *The listed DXF files are saved using “DXF Version 12J.”
Support tools	EDS CPS GSD *Compressed file(ZIP format)	EDS, CPS and GSD files can be downloaded. *The listed support tools are compressed in LZH format.Decompress them before use. EDS files are ASCII files in a special format defined in the DeviceNet Specification. CPS files are XML format files that are compatible with the FA integrated tool package “CX-One” developed by OMRON. GSD files are text files used in configuration of the PRO FIBUS network.
